27 Sightings/References!   

seriously...I got a $75 Best Buy GC and went to Best Buy....(w/ my bf whose lucky # is 8)....(mine's 27).....The point is.... I bought 4 Weird Al CDs (and, okay, okay, a Billy Joel CD) and the remaining balance on my GC is $8.27!

Plus....On my vacation at Christmas I kept seeing 27s all over the place.  I passed a couple of roads, like state road 27 and 27th street.  When I got to the airport, my seat was in row 27!  (*on the way back home, my seat was in 26, then after my connection, 28....darn! so close!)

I have more....27 of the US Presidents have been lawyers.

On Win Ben Stein's Money on 11/21/00,  Weird AL got 2 questions right in the little box...Ben Stein got 7 right......hmmmm.....27!

In the "spoof" movie DRAGNET,  the head cop dude asks Dan Aykroyd's character if he has any idea what time it is.  He replies "Yes Sir, its 1:27 AM.  Then Tom Hanks' character says "he lives for that, sir" (or something like that, but the 27 is definite!)

In the "This Is The Life" video, when Al says, "I have women lined up outside my door, they've been waiting there since the week before." and when he throws his hat across the room, he escorts two women into his office were a now serving sign changes from 25 to 27!

I was watching a re-run of "Adam-12" and after this guy was beat up, his wife told them that they've been married for 27 years!

"The Saga Begins" has a total running time of 5 minutes and 27 seconds!

Al's "Truck Drivin' Song" has a total running time of 2 minutes and 27 seconds!
