1. What is SCOEC?

SCOEC is Spatula City's official e-list and club. By joining SCOEC, you get to:

• receive newsletters every week or so

• chat with other citizens of the city

• cast your vote in the club polls

• post whatever is in that peanut-sized mind of yours in the club message boards

• dare to be stupid

2. The rules of the club

Because the club is for all ages, please follow the rules:

1. No cursing, saying perverted stuff, harrassing other members, or scrolling (saying the same thing over and over and over and over...)

2. Don't join the club just to advertise or promote a business or any particular website

3. You have to be a Weird Al fan (I mean, what's the point of joining a Weird Al club when you're not a fan?)
